• All bookings will be confirmed via e-mail and writing.

  • The outstanding balance of the agreed fee must be paid in full before the event or on the day of the event (for payments made on the day of the event, CASH must be paid upon the arrival of the piper).

  • A deposit will be required to secure your booking (payment of deposit must be made within 14 days from the time the booking was placed).

*Cancellation outwith the 14 day binding period will incur the following fees

  • more than 90 days prior to the event : loss of deposit paid

  • 89-31 days prior to event : loss of deposit + 50% of full agreed fee

  • 30 days or less prior to event : loss of deposit + 100% of full agreed fee.
