• All bookings will be confirmed via e-mail.

• The outstanding balance of the agreed fee must be paid in full 4 weeks before the event.

• For last minute bookings, please contact The Heilan Piper directly.

• A deposit will be required to secure your booking (payment of deposit must be made within 7 days from the time the booking was placed).

*Cancellation outwith the agreed binding period will incur the following fees

• more than 90 days prior to the event : loss of deposit paid

• 89-31 days prior to event : loss of deposit + 50% of full agreed fee

• 30 days or less prior to event : loss of deposit + 100% of full agreed fee.
